Privacy Policy
Effective 7 November 2026 · MinimaPress
This policy explains what we collect when you use minimastress.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the website and the free sampler form. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which has its own privacy policy.
Who we are
MinimaPress (“we”, “us”) operates minimastress.com. For privacy questions or requests, email support@minimastress.com.
What we collect
- Email address — only when you submit the free sampler form.
- Support correspondence — when you email us.
- Technical data — Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and keep it secure. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregated, cookieless traffic statistics.
Why we use it
- To deliver the free three-ritual sampler you requested.
- To answer support and refund requests.
- To keep the site secure and understand aggregate traffic.
Processors
We use Formspree to receive form submissions and send the sampler email, and Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, security, and analytics. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Formspree retains submissions according to our account settings and its policy. We keep support correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it unless we must keep it for a legal or accounting obligation. Aggregated analytics data is not linked to you. You can ask us to delete your email at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Email support@minimastress.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. Purchases happen on Lemon Squeezy’s checkout, which may set its own cookies.
Children
The guide is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date on this page.
