These terms apply to minimastress.com and to the digital guidebook MINIMASTRESS: 100 Somatic Rituals. By buying or using the guide, you agree to them.
The product
The guide is a digital PDF delivered after purchase. It is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use. You may read it on your own devices and print a copy for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or incorporate its text or illustrations into another product.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars. The current price is $37, one-time payment. Checkout, payment processing, taxes, and receipts are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your card details.
Delivery
After a successful order, Lemon Squeezy emails a download link. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and email support@minimastress.com.
Refunds
The 30-day guarantee is described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The text, illustrations, layout, and branding of the guide and this site belong to MinimaPress and its licensors. No licence is granted except the personal-use licence above.
Educational use only
The guide is educational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have recently had surgery, consult a professional before practising. Stop any practice that causes pain.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MinimaPress is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the guide or site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
